As time goes on, the oxidation is strengthened, the viscosity of oil increases, the oil film intensity increases, and the gas permeability is bad, which provides conditions for the formation and stability of foam. Generally speaking, vacuum oil filter can prolong the life of various oil products in steam turbine system for about three years, not indefinitely. Therefore, this situation requires constant addition of new oils and neutralization of oil quality or direct addition of anti foam agents with loss to oil products.

  3.the vacuum in the operation of the vacuum oil filter is too high, resulting in transient flash. The high temperature makes the light hydrocarbon and additives in the oil become the bubbles that are mixed into the oil, and the vacuum is too high. If a large quantity of water vapor is not recovered in time, or the recycling capacity of the design itself is not good, it will cause the interaction of water vapor and oil to form a new foam. If this happens, the vacuum can be lowered a little.

  It is inevitable that foam is produced in the filtration of vacuum oil filter, but it is better to know the cause of the foam correctly.
